We are brewer

We are a team of  Brewmasters and Brewery Engineers graduated from the Technical University of Weihenstephan/Munich in Germany, one of the most recognized istitutions worldwide to learn the art of brewing beer and design brewing equipment.

Our experience as brewer is based on many professional years in the brewing industry  and includes brewing as well as design, construction and commissioning of breweries of any size and type.

Our goal is to bundle this experience and to make it available in the form of courses and calculation tools to all those interested in brewing in a direct and economical way via the Internet.

1980-1984 Studies at the Technischen Universität München with Diploma in Brewery and Beverage Engineering

1984 – 1985 MBA at the Ludwig-Maximilian-Universität München

1985 – 1988 : Schaller Bräu KG Deutschland : technical optimization of a 90.000hl beer and 20.000 hl soft drink brewery, erection of a 24.000 bottles/hour returnable bottles filling line.

1988 – 1995: Envasadora Fruca CA Venezuela: assembly and operation of a fruit pulp processing plant of 5,000 tons of annual capacity.

1995 – 2007 Cerveceria Tovar C.A: Venezuela: assembly and management of the first micro brewery in Venezuela with an initial capacity of 5,000 hl/year, assembly of the second plant with 25,000 hl/year.

2008-2010 CCM Mexiko: Engineering of a 4 Mio. hl brewery.2009 – 2010 Arca Mexiko: Installation of a 2 Mio. hl syrup room for carbonated soft drinks.
2010-2011 AGA Mexiko: Installation of a 0.5 Mio. hl syrup room for carbonated beverages.
2010-2011 Cerveceria Austral Punta Arenas Chile: Installation of a 50 hl two-vessel automated brewhouse.
2010 – 2013 Gruppe Ananos Brasilen: Installation of a 1.2 Mio. hl syrup room for carbonated soft drinks.
2010 – 2014 SAB Miller Pucalpa Peru: construction of a new brewhouse for 10 brews per day of 300 hl each.
2011 – 2012 Arca Coca Cola Guayaquil und Quito: Installation of a CIP system for automatic cleaning of the entire production process.
2011 – 2012 SAB Miller Pucalpa Peru: construction of a new yeast room.
2011 -2013 Casa di Conti Brasilien: Installation of a 0.6 Mio. hl syrup room for carbonated soft drinks.
2012 – 2014 SABB Coca Cola Brasilien: installation of an automatic fruit juice preparation plant of 1.2 hl/year
2012 – 2015 CCU Quilicura Chile: installation of an additional brewing line for 12 brews per day of 750 hl/brew.
2012-2015 Postobon Malambo Kolumbien: installation of an automatic fruit juice and soft drink plant of approx. 1.5 Mio hl/year.
2013 -2014 Ambev Huari Bolivien: remodeling of the brewhouse with an external 250 hl brewer.
2013 – 2016 CCU Temuco Chile: : installation of an additional brewing line for 12 brews per day of 450 hl/brews
2013 – 2016 CCU Temuco Chile: Expansion and automation of a 6-tank fermentation and maturation plant of 3,200 hl.
2014 – 2016 Casa di Conti Brasilien: expansion and automation of a 25-tank fermentation and maturation plant plus installation of 6 new 2,500 hl tanks.
2014 – 2016 CCU Temuco Chile: and automation of a 600 hl/h PVPP fermentation and maturation plant.
2015 – 2016 Cerveceria Kunstmann Chile: and automation of a 100 hl/h fermentation and maturation plant.
2015 – 2016 CCA Guatemala: Engineering of a 20 hl brewery with a capacity of 30,000 hl/year.
