Mash in the brewer practice:

In this beer mash course we start with the different parameters that have influence to the brewing wort and how to adjust and control them. Calculations to plan the mashing process, to generate a recipe and how to convert this into a process to achieve the desired beer will be explained. The measuring instruments necessary to control the mash will be explained. Based on this, the equipment will be shown with examples of installations on the basis of drawings including the correct interconnection with the other equipment. Especially the important details of these devices with their relevant parameters will be highlighted. It will be visualized how these can be used in beer mash process including the possible errors that can occur. The different methods of beer mashing will be demonstrated with their respective advantages and disadvantages, especially infusion and decoction.  Special mashing processes will also be explained.

How it works:

Our practical beer mash brewing course is an audio-visual presentation with some explanatory videos.

The mathematical formulas explained in the courses are used in an automated way in our brewing process calculations.

By purchasing the practical beer mash course from us you have the right of access for 40 continuous days, 24 hours a day. At the end of each chapter you can test your acquired knowledge with a short quiz. In case of a wrong answer, the program takes you directly to the explanation. There is also the possibility to re-study the entire chapter if required.
