If you need to acquire a deep knowledge of brewing beyond knowing how to brew beer at home but really understand the physicochemical processes, the actual equipment and know the possible problems in brewing we have the right solution with our brewer course.

You have a problem with bad taste, smell or the color is not as it should be, maybe the fermentation is too slow or the wort filtration is blocked: In our brewer course we not only explain the processes but also possible problems and how to avoid them.

What is the content? It is the knowledge of the Bavarian Brewery Technician curriculum as well as the more professional knowledge of the university program of Brewery Engineering at the Technical University of Munich in Weihenstephan.

What else: At the end of each course you can download the course content as a PDF document and print it out. At the end of the 11 courses you will have an encyclopedia of the brewing process of more than 400 pages.

This section covers the whole process from the milling of the grains to the delivery of the cold wort to the fermentation part.

This course covers the entire process from the start of fermentation, through maturation and filtration to the finished beer in the pressure tanks.

In this brewer course we teach you everything relevant to maintain a brewery in clean and hygienic conditions, suitable for brewing production. Starting from the physical-chemical principles up to the application of the different methods.
